All county administrators, engineers, public works directors, road
supervisors, equipment operators and other county officials responsible for the maintenance of unpaved roads are encouraged to attend. The workshop is designed to teach new concepts for maintaining unpaved roads with an emphasis on protecting water quality.
Mr. John Hopkins has over 20 years experience providing road maintenance training to county governments in 35 states. His major areas of expertise include design, construction, and maintenance of low volume roads; developing and conducting technology transfer programs for local officials; roadway, bridge, and plant construction; and materials analysis.
